Systems for industrial concrete producing, from storing admixtures to fill ready-mixed concrete to transport.
Horizontal mixing plants
The feeding of gravel for horizontal mixing plants assured from horizontal arranged compartments. The number and the size of the compartments are choosable to fit the needs of the plant. Measuring the excact amount for the mixing period is done by the bond-scale under the sector-locks. This scale also forvards the measured amount of gravel, to the admixture bin.

Aggregates are stored in star batcher for mixing plants with scraper system. Gravel is forvarded to the fractions sector-locks by the manual, or the automatic scraper system.
Exact feeding is controlled by a measuring frame, wich is in the gravel-box. The scale itself is the angular lane of the basic machine.

The most transportable solution among complete concrete mixing plants.
Concrete footing is no need for these plants, wich means they are movable easily, for excample with road transport. Without concrete footing, these plants can be build up without building permission, in most coutries in the european region.

Modern construction with really high concrete producing output. Aggregates are stored in a fractioned silo, placed above the batch. Fractioned silo can be fed by belt conveyor, or elevator, from the aggregate receptive bunker.
