Most kind of concrete mixtures can be produced with single-shaft batch mixers, from dry consistence, to ready mixed transport concrete. Only light-concrete mixing is not recommended with this technology. Their size can be between 0,25 – 1 m3/cycle, in immobile, or turnable constructions.
Admixtures are circulated by two, screw-shaped turbine, with adjustable mixing tools.
Adjustable cleaning flies placed on the both ends of the axis, to clean the sidewalls from concrete of the batch. The wearing tiles on the turbines, side flies, and tiles in the batch, are made from abrasion-resistant steel alloy.
The main bearings of the mixing axle, are protected with slip-ring sealing, wich are lubricated from the central LINCOLN greasing system. In case of immobile batches, the drive of the axle is assured with chain drive from the engine. In case of turnable constructions, drive is assured with cardan shaft drive.
The batch can be fed through a charging boot, and scale-receptacle-unit. Immobile batches can be discharged with a cast round-body door, while in case of turnable constructions discharging is assured through the charging boot. In both cases, mixer truck is charging through a wearing-tile patented discharging boot.
