If a good homogeneity of a mix is required within a short mixing time, the ring-pan mixer is available featuring one or two mechanically driven whirler arms. Different agitator tools are available depending on the application. Ring-pan mixers with hydraulically driven whirler tools are particularly suitable if varying whirler speeds are required during the production of a mix.

Capacity of the mixed concrete is between 0,5 m3 and 2 m3 in case of using ring-pan mixers.
Whirler tools are usually made from abrasion resistant steel alloy, or in special cases it can be made from ceramic, rubber or hard plastic.
